As women it’s important to trust your experience and the journey as entrepreneurs or business owners. You will learn lots of lessons along the way. Don’t stay stuck in the the lessons by living in the past. Those lessons learned were earned as women business owners. They can help you become resilient to roadblocks and challenges. If you allow them to help you grow, you will be better prepared to navigate challenges in the future more confidently. Challenges will happen in work and life. Being able to navigate through them is skill to build. You may even see other opportunities in other industries where women aren’t prominent but bring unique value. You can mentor others.
