As a single location auto shop owner there are many types of business challenges. Learning how to navigate the challenge of working together and having a personal life is key to building a profitable, sustainable and enjoyable business. When you have all three your business becomes manageable and sellable. And that is a great place to be.
Don’t go it alone. A great team makes the difference. System and processes make it easier to hand off tasks to others, while you step into an owner role.
The first step: Know your role and trust in each other. You reach bring value to a business. Understand what that is and stay focused on what you are good at. Then focus on personal growth.
