The Right Fit Call is a short conversation to determine whether your business, goals, and readiness align with the 90-Day 3-Day Weekends Program.

Your Business Is Working. But It Is Still Running Through You.

You have customers, a team, and systems in place. You have already built something real.

But too many decisions, responsibilities, and unfinished tasks still come back to you. When someone is unsure, you become the answer. When something falls through, you fill the gap. When you step away, part of your attention stays behind at the shop.

That is Owner Overload. It happens when the business grows without becoming less dependent on the owner.

You do not need another list of tasks to add to your week. You need a clearer owner role, better information for making decisions, and a team that can carry greater responsibility.

Designed for Established Auto Shop Owners Ready to Lead Differently

The 90-Day 3-Day Weekends Program is designed for single-location auto shop owners who:

  • Have an established business with consistent customer demand.
  • Typically generate $1 million or more in annual sales.
  • Have a team in place.
  • Use shop management and accounting software.
  • Remain too involved in daily decisions and problem-solving.
  • Want more time without sacrificing shop performance.
  • Are willing to examine their own leadership and put changes into action.

Revenue is not the only measure of readiness. What matters most is that you have a working business foundation and are prepared to do the work required to strengthen it.

The 3-Day Weekends System

  • This program helps you identify where your shop depends too heavily on you and begin transferring the right responsibilities, decisions, and follow-up to the right people.
  • The name 3-Day Weekends does not mean every owner needs to take Friday off.
  • Your version of time back may be a three-day weekend, one day away during the week, shorter workdays, uninterrupted planning time, or the ability to leave the shop without staying mentally connected to it.
  • The goal is to help you reclaim meaningful time while building a shop that continues to perform.
  • This is not about walking away from responsibility. It’s about becoming more effective in the responsibilities that truly belong to you.

The Three Areas You Strengthen

5 pillars of leadership - financial

Financial Leadership

Stop relying only on sales, bank balances, or instinct. Learn to understand what your numbers are telling you and use that information to make stronger business decisions.

5 pillars of leadership - people

Owner Role Clarity

Identify the work that truly belongs to you as the owner. Stop filling every gap and start focusing your time on leadership, direction, financial health, and developing the business.

5 pillars of leadership - marketing

Team Ownership

Move beyond handing off tasks. Give your team clearer outcomes, appropriate decision authority, expectations, accountability, and follow-up so everything does not keep returning to you.

These three areas work together. Financial clarity improves decisions. Role clarity improves focus. Team ownership reduces unnecessary dependence on you.

Your Shop Runs. You Lead.

What The 90-Day 3-Day Weekends Program Includes

Starting-Line Review

We begin by identifying your goals, current responsibilities, financial visibility, team structure, and where the shop relies on you most.

Short Weekly Training

Complete focused training at your convenience. Each lesson is designed to help you understand and apply one important leadership or business concept without adding hours of content to your week.

One-Page Action Tools

Use practical worksheets and tools to turn each lesson into action inside your shop.

Weekly Live Coaching

Bring your progress, questions, obstacles, and current business challenges to a live coaching session. We will determine what needs attention now and what can wait.

Clear Weekly Commitments

Leave each session knowing what you will focus on next, why it matters, and what progress should look like.

90-Day Progress Review

At the end of the program, review what has changed, where the shop remains dependent on you, and what should happen during the next 90 days.

How The Process Works

A Practical Path Forward

  1. Identify the Dependency

Determine where your time, knowledge, decisions, or follow-up have become necessary for the shop to keep moving.

  1. Choose the Right Priority

You cannot change everything at once. Select the financial, leadership, or team issue that will create the most meaningful progress.

  1. Make the Leadership Shift

Clarify outcomes, roles, authority, expectations, and accountability. Change how you lead instead of simply working harder.

  1. Put It Into Practice

Apply the tools inside your actual business, review what happens, and adjust where needed.

  1. Build on the Progress

Use what you learn to strengthen the next area without falling back into doing everything yourself.

What a Stronger Shop Can Look Like

• You know which numbers deserve your attention and what they mean.
• You spend more time on owner responsibilities. Less time filling gaps.
• Your team knows what decisions they can make.
• Delegation includes outcomes, authority, accountability, and follow-up.
• Fewer routine questions and problems reach you.
• Daily operations continue without your constant involvement.
• You can take time away without the shop losing momentum.
• You are more present when you are away from the business.

You should not have to choose between building a successful shop and having a life you can be present for.

The Goal Is Both.

This program may be a strong fit if:

• Your business has a working foundation.
• You want direction rather than another pile of information.
• You are open to feedback and willing to examine your own leadership.
• You will make time to implement what you learn.

Another starting point may be more appropriate if:

• You are still operating as a one-person shop or early startup.
• The business is facing an immediate financial emergency.
• Payroll, taxes, or essential obligations are seriously behind.
• You want someone else to make the changes for you.

If the business needs stabilization before leadership development, I may recommend a diagnostic or another form of support instead.

Why Maryann

Guidance From Someone Who Understands Shop Ownership.

I have been an auto shop owner since 1999.

My husband brought the technical expertise to Croce’s Transmission Specialists. I brought my background in banking, management, and business operations.

Together, we learned that talent and hard work are not enough to create a business that can operate separately from its owners. We had to understand the financials, clarify roles, develop our team, build repeatable processes, and stop treating every problem as something only we could solve.

Today, I work approximately five days a month in our shop.

I do not teach from the sidelines. I understand payroll, staffing, customers, cash flow, changing priorities, and the responsibility that comes with owning an auto repair business.

I will give you direction, ask the questions that expose the real issue, and hold you accountable for the actions you choose to take. But I will not pretend that coaching works without your participation.

You bring the willingness. I bring the structure, tools, perspective, and accountability.
